While we believe that personal training is an investment in your health and wellbeing, we understand the confines of your budget. We will work with your budget to create a training plan that is affordable for you.
If you have already met with someone in the office to discuss personal training and scheduled your first session, you will have completed our mandatory paperwork and you will be ready to jump right into training.

When you walk into the studio for your first training session, you are welcome to arrive early and warm-up on our cardio equipment. You may store your things in the cubbies, which also contain towels for you to use during your session. To stay green, we do not sell water bottles or plastic cups. We supply filtered water for our clients. Please bring a water bottle with you during your session to refill as needed and stay hydrated.

While you are warming up, your trainer may be finishing up a session with another client. They will come to greet you and you will begin your session at the time scheduled during your consultation. Your trainer will have a copy of your medical forms, but feel free to address any concerns you may have regarding your training.
I have a medical condition causing me to gain or retain weight. Will personal training benefit me at all or is it a lost cause?
Sometimes weight gain is unavoidable — but there is no reason why a sound diet and exercise program would not benefit people of all health backgrounds.

Yes! We can specially design a training program for your fitness needs before a certain date. We will also offer you a military discount for having the courage to serve our country
There is no secret to weight loss. Theoretically speaking, if you have a clean diet that is suited for your body type and activity level, engage in regular cardiovascular exercise and weight training, you will lose unwanted fat. At Jesse James Fit we coach our clients on how to lose weight, and we have proven results.

If your diet, cardio, and weight training program is not helping you shed pounds, you may have an underlying issue that needs to be addressed before you find how to lose weight. Always consult with your doctor if you feel that you are having a hard time losing weight.
